Using the service

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

AI output

Resume scores, match scores, cover letters and interview questions are generated by an AI model and may contain errors. They are suggestions, not professional career, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing every document before you send it, and for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer.

No guarantee of outcomes

Hirely does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment or any particular salary. Nothing in the product should be read as such a promise.

Job listings

Listings are supplied by third-party job-data providers. We do not control their accuracy, availability or the hiring practices of the employers behind them, and applications are submitted by you on the employer's own site.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not use the service to misrepresent your qualifications.
• Do not attempt to scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not abuse AI features in a way that degrades service for others.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
