What we collect

Account details (email address and, if you provide it, your name), the profile preferences you enter, the resume text you upload, the jobs you save, and the applications you log. We also record basic technical logs needed to operate the service.

How we use it

Your data powers only the features you trigger: resume analysis, match scoring, document generation and your pipeline. Resume and profile text is sent to our AI provider to produce those results. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party models.

Storage and access

Records are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security policies scoped to your user ID, so no other account can read them. Access by our team is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the service.

Retention and deletion

You can delete resumes, saved jobs and applications from within the app at any time, and deletion is immediate. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us and we will action it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
