No black box. Here is exactly what happens at each step and what Hirely does with your data.

    Create your profile

    Tell Hirely your target roles, locations, work preference and salary range. This context is used by every AI feature so suggestions stay relevant instead of generic.

    Upload and analyze a resume

    PDF and DOCX are parsed in your browser; you can also paste plain text. The analyzer returns an overall score, eight sub-scores, prioritized issues and concrete rewrite suggestions.

    Search real listings

    Hirely queries the job providers connected to your workspace, normalizes the results and removes duplicates. If a provider is not configured, it is listed as unavailable rather than filled with fake rows.

    Score, tailor, apply

    Save a job to score it against your resume. You get matched skills, gaps and a recommendation, plus an optional tailored cover letter and interview question set that you review before use.

    Track to the finish

    Move each application across ten stages, log notes and contacts, set follow-up dates, and watch your response and interview rates build from real data.
