The short version

Some links on Hirely are affiliate links. If you buy a service through one, Hirely may receive a commission from that partner. It never costs you anything extra, and it never changes which services we show you.

How partners are chosen

Every partner in our marketplace is reviewed before it is listed. Recommendations shown inside the product are ranked by how relevant a service is to your actual situation — your resume gaps, your target role, the stage you are at. Commission rates are stored separately from the recommendation engine: they are never sent to the model that scores relevance, and they are never used as a tie-breaker in ranking.

If nothing is genuinely relevant to you, we show nothing. We also cap how often the same partner can be suggested, so recommendations stay useful rather than repetitive.

Where affiliate links appear

• The marketplace, where you browse services deliberately
• Alongside a resume analysis, when a specific gap maps to a specific service
• In interview preparation and skill-gap guidance

Every one of these placements is labelled. You can turn recommendations off entirely if you prefer not to see them.

What we track

When you click a partner link, we record that a click happened, which partner it went to, and where in the product it came from — so that a resulting purchase can be attributed and so we can measure whether recommendations are actually helping. We do not share your resume, profile or application data with partners.

Our commitment

Hirely's core job-search product does not depend on you buying anything from a partner. If a recommendation is not right for you, ignore it — nothing in the product is gated behind it. If you ever feel a suggestion was not genuinely relevant, tell us at support@hirely.app and we will review the partner.
