Refund Policy

Current status

Paid billing is not yet enabled. Every account runs on the Free plan and no charges are taken. The terms below apply from the moment paid plans launch.

14-day refund window

If a paid plan is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of the charge and we will issue it, no questions asked.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months outside the 14-day window.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions carry the same 14-day window from the date of purchase or renewal.

Service failures

If a sustained outage or defect prevents you from using paid features, contact us and we will credit or refund the affected period regardless of the 14-day window.

How to request

Email support@hirely.app from your account address. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
